มาตรา 344
  • ถ้าลูกหนี้พิศูจน์ได้ว่าการชักช้ามิได้เป็นเพราะความผิดของตนไซร้ ลูกหนี้ก็เป็นอันพ้นเบี้ยปรับเช่นว่านั้น
