มาตรา 400
  • ถ้าบุคคลหลายคนมีบุริมะสิทธิในมูลรักษาทรัพย์สิน (มาตรา ๓๘๐ อนุมาตรา ๒) ท่านว่าผู้ที่รักษาทรัพย์สินภายหลังนั้นอยู่ในลำดับที่จะได้รับผลก่อนผู้ที่ได้รักษามาก่อน
