ลักษณ ๓ หักกลบลบหนี้

มาตรา 420
  • ถ้าหนี้ได้โอนไปเสียแล้ว ลูกหนี้ผู้ได้รับคำบอกกล่าวการโอน ฤๅได้ยอมตกลงในการโอนนั้นแล้วจะเอาหนี้อันตนอาจหักกลบลบกับผู้โอนไปหักกลบลบกับผู้รับโอนไม่ได้
