มาตรา 492
- ทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากนั้น ถ้าไถ่ภายในเวลาที่กำหนดในสัญญาก็ดี ฤๅภายในเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้ก็ดี ท่านให้ถือเปนอันว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ไม่เคยตกไปแก่ผู้ซื้อเลย

- If the property is redeemed within the period fixed by the contract or by law, its ownership is deemed to have never been vested in the buyer.
