มาตรา 520
- ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งในสัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนตกลงจะโอนเงินเพิ่มเข้ากับทรัพย์สินสิ่งอื่นให้แก่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งไซร้ บททั้งหลายอันว่าด้วยราคาในลักษณซื้อขายนั้น ให้ใช้ถึงเงินเช่นว่านั้นด้วย

- If one party to a contract of exchange agrees to transfer to the other party money in addition to other property, the provisions of Title I concerning Price shall apply to such money.
