มาตรา 532

• ทายาทของผู้ให้อาจเรียกให้ถอนคืนการให้ได้แต่เฉภาะในเหตุที่ผู้รับได้ฆ่าผู้ให้ตายโดยเจตนาและไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ฤๅได้กีดกันผู้ให้ไว้มิให้ถอนคืนการให้
• แต่ว่าผู้ให้ได้ฟ้องคดีไว้แล้วอย่างใดโดยชอบ ทายาทของผู้ให้จะว่าคดีอันนั้นต่อไปก็ได้

• [I] The heir of the donor can claim revocation only if the donee has intentionally and unlawfully killed the donor or prevented him from revoking the gift,
• [II] However, the heir may continue an action which has been duly entered by the donor.
