มาตรา 571
- ถ้าสัญญาเช่าที่นาระงับลง ฤๅเลิก ฤๅเพิกถอน เมื่อผู้เช่าได้เพาะปลูกข้าวแล้วไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เช่าย่อมมีสิทธิที่จะครองนานั้นต่อไปจนกว่าจะเสร็จการเกี่ยวเก็บ แต่ต้องเสียค่าเช่า

- If a contract of hire of paddy land is extinguished, determined or cancelled after the hirer has planted the paddy, the hirer is entitled to remain in possession till the harvest is finished, on paying the rent.
