มาตรา 642
- ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการทำสัญญาก็ดี ค่าส่งมอบและค่าส่งคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งยืมก็ดี ย่อมตกแก่ผู้ยืมเปนผู้เสีย

- Costs of the contract, costs of delivery of the property lent and costs of return are borne by the borrower.
