มาตรา 653
- การกู้ยืมเงินกว่าห้าสิบบาทขึ้นไป ถ้ามิได้มีหล้กฐานเปนหนังสืออย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งลงลายมือชื่อผู้ยืมเปนสำคัญแล้ว ท่านมิให้พิศูจน์

- No loan of money for a sum exceeding fifty baht in capital may be proved unless there be some written evidence signed by the borrower.
