มาตรา 669
- ถ้าไม่ได้กำหนดเวลาในสัญญา ฤๅไม่มีกำหนดโดยจารีตประเพณีว่า บำเหน็จค่าฝากทรัพย์สินนั้น จะพึงชำระเมื่อไรไซร้ ท่านให้ชำระเมื่อคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝาก ถ้าได้กำหนดเวลากันไว้เปนระยะอย่างไร ก็พึงชำระเมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลานั้นทุกคราวไป

- If no time for payment of remuneration is fixed by the contract or by custom, the remuneration is payable when the property deposited is returned. If fixed by periods, the remuneration is payable at the end of each period.
