มาตรา 673
- เมื่อใดผู้รับฝากจำต้องคืนเงินแต่เพียงเท่าจำนวนที่ฝาก ผู้ฝากจะเรียกเงินคืนก่อนถึงเวลาที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ไม่ได้ ฤๅฝ่ายผู้รับฝากจะส่งคืนเงินก่อนถึงเวลานั้นก็ไม่ได้ดุจกัน

- When the depositary is bound only to return the same amount of money, the depositor may not demand the return of the money before the agreed time, nor may the depositary return it before such time.
