มาตรา 678

• ในข้ความรับผิดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพืื่อทรัพย์สินของคนเดิรทางฤๅแขกอาศัยสูญหายฤๅบุบสลายนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่คนเดิรทางฤๅแขกอาศัยออกไปจากสถานที่นั้น
