มาตรา 701

• ผู้ค้ำประกันจะขอชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ตั้งแต่เมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระก็ได้
• ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ยอมรับชำระหนี้ ผู้ค้ำประกันก็เปนอันหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิด

• [I] The surety may tender performance of the obligation to the creditor from the time when performance is due.
• [II] If the creditor refuses to accept performance, the surety is discharged.
