มาตรา 713
- ถ้ามิได้ตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่นในสัญญาจำนอง ท่านว่าผู้จำนองจะชำระหนี้ล้านจำนองเปนงวด ๆ ก็ได้

- Unless otherwise agreed in the contract of mortgage, the mortgagor may pay off the mortgage by instalments.
