มาตรา 714
- อันสัญญาจำนองนั้น ท่านว่าต้องทำเปนหนังสือต่อหน้าเจ้าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ และลงทะเบียนตามกฎหมายและกฎข้อบังคับสำหรับการนั้น

- A contract of mortgage must be made in writing in the presence of and registered by the competent official in accordance with the Laws and Regulations relating thereto.
