มาตรา 715
- ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองย่อมเปนประกันเพื่อการชำระหนี้กับทั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ
- (๑) ดอกเบี้ย
- (๒) ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการไม่ชำระหนี้
- (๓) ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการบังคับจำนอง

- A mortgaged property is security for the performance of the obligation and for the following accessories :
- (1) Interest.
- (2) Compensation in case of non-performance of the obligation.
- (3) Costs of enforcement of the mortgage.
