มาตรา 765
- ถ้าไม่สามารถจะบอกกล่าวก่อนได้ ผู้รับจำนำจะเอาทรัพย์สินจำนำออกขายทอดตลาดเสียในเมื่อหนี้ค้างชำระมาล่วงเวลาเดือนหนึ่งแล้วก็ให้ทำได้

- If notification is impracticable, the pledgee may sell the pledged property by public auction after one month from the time the obligation became due.
