มาตรา 771

• บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ อันว่าด้วยฝากทรัพย์นั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่การเก็บของในคลังสินค้าด้วยเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติในลักษณนี้

• The provisions of this Code concerning Deposit apply to Warehousing in so far as they are not contrary to the provisions of this Title.
