มาตรา 807
- ตัวแทนต้องทำการตามคำสั่งแสดงออกชัด ฤๅโดยปริยายของตัวการ เมื่อไม่มีคำสั่งเช่นนั้น ก็ต้องดำเนิรตามทางที่เคยทำกันมาในกิจการค้าขายอันเขาให้ตนทำอยู่นั้น
- อนึ่งบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๖๕๙ ว่าด้วยการฝากทรัพย์นั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้ด้วยโดยอนุโลมตามควร

- [I] The agent must act according to the express or implied directions of the principal. In the absence of such directions, he must pursue the accustomed course of the business in which he is employed.
- [II] The provisions of Section 659 concerning Deposit apply mutatis mutandis.
