มาตรา 817
- ในกรณีที่มีบำเหน็จตัวแทน ถ้าไม่มีข้อสัญญาตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่น ท่านว่าบำเหน็จนั้นพึงจ่ายให้ต่อเมื่อการเปนตัวแทนได้สุดสิ้นลงแล้ว

- In case remuneration is to be paid, it is payable, unless otherwise agreed, only after the agency has come to an end.
