มาตรา 882

• ในการเรียกให้ใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันวินาศภัย
• ในการเรียกให้ใช้เบี้ยประกันภัย ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาสองปีนับแต่วันถึงกำหนดส่งใช้

• [I] No action for payment of compensation can be entered later than two years after the date of the loss.
• [II] No action for payment of a premium can be entered later than two years after the date when the premium became due.
