มาตรา 942

• อันจะบังคับให้ผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินรับเงินใช้ก่อนตั๋วเงินถึงกำหนดนั้นท่านว่าหาอาจจะทำได้ไม่
• อนึ่ง ผู้จ่ายคนใดใช้เงินไปแต่ก่อนเวลาตั๋วเงินถึงกำหนด ท่านว่าย่อมทำเช่นนั้นด้วยเสี่ยงเคราะห์ของตนเอง
