มาตรา 948
- ถ้าผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินยอมผ่อนเวลาให้แก่ผู้จ่ายไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ทรงสิ้นสิทธิที่จะไล่เบี้ยเอาแก่ผู้เปนคู่สัญญาคนก่อน ๆ ซึ่งมิได้ตกลงในการผ่อนเวลานั้น

- If the holder grants an extension of time to the drawee, he loses his right of recourse against the prior parties who do not agree to the extension.
