มาตรา 1006
  • การที่ลายมือชื่ออันหนึ่งในตั๋วเงินเปนลายมือปลอม ย่อมไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงความสมบูรณ์แห่งลายมือชื่ออื่น ๆ ในตั๋วเงินนั้น
