มาตรา 1014 =
- ห้ามมิให้ตั้งห้างส่วนฤๅบริษัทขึ้น เพื่อทำการค้าในการรถไฟ ประกันภัย ธนาคาร ฤๅการที่ดินและจำนอง เว้นไว้แต่จะตั้งขึ้นโดยประกาศพระราชทานพระบรมราชานุญาตพิเศษ

- No partnership or company shall be formed for the purpose of carrying on the business of railways, insurance, banking, or land and mortgage unless incorporated by Royal Charter.
