มาตรา 1046
- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนไม่ว่าคนหนึ่งคนใดหามีสิทธิจะได้รับบำเหน็จเพื่อที่ได้จัดการงานของห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นไม่ เว้นแต่จะได้มีความตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่น

- No partner is entitled to remuneration for having managed the business of the partnership, unless there be an agreement providing otherwise.
