มาตรา 1047

• ถ้าชื่อของผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนซึ่งออกจากหุ้นส่วนไปแล้วยังคงใช้เรียกขานติดเปนชื่อห้างหุ้นส่วนอยู่ ท่านว่าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนนั้นชอบที่จะเรียกให้งดใช้ชื่อของตนเสียได้

• If the name of a partner whose membership has ceased is used in the firm name, he is entitled to demand that such use shall cease.
