มาตรา 1119

• หุ้นทุก ๆ หุ้นจำต้องให้ใช้เปนเงินจนเต็มค่า เว้นแต่หุ้นซึ่งออกตามบทบัญญัติ มาตรา ๑๑๐๘ อนุมาตรา (๕) ฤๅ มาตรา ๑๒๒๑

• The whole amount of every share must be paid in money, except shares allotted under Section 1108 subsection 5, or under Section 1221.
