มาตรา 1136
  • ผู้ทรงใบหุ้นชนิดออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ ย่อมมีสิทธิจะมาขอเปลี่ยนเอาใบหุ้นชนิดระบุชื่อได้ เมื่อเวนคืนใบหุ้นฉบับออกให้แก่ผู้ถือนั้นให้ขีดฆ่าเสีย

  • The holder of a certificate to bearer is entitled to receive a name-certificate on surrendering the certificate to bearer for cancellation.
