มาตรา 1247
- การชำระบาญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียน ฤๅห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ฤๅบริษัทจำกัดซึ่งล้มละลายนั้น ให้จัดทำไปตามบทกฎหมายลักษณล้มละลายที่คงใช้อยู่ตามแต่จะทำได้
- เสนาบดีเจ้าน่าที่จะออกกฎข้อบังคับว่าด้วยการชำระบาญชี ห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทก็ออกได้

- [I] The liquidation of a bankrupt registered partnership, limited partnership or limited company shall be made, as far as practicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Bankruptcy for the time being in force.
- [II] Regulations for the liquidation of partnerships and companies may be issued by the competent Minister.
