มาตรา 1258

• เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนตัวผู้ชำระบาญชีใหม่ครั้งใด ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องนำความจดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้เปลี่ยนตัวกันนั้น

• Any change amongst the liquidators must be registered, within fourteen days after the date of change, by the liquidators.
