มาตรา 1261

• ถ้ามีผู้ชำระบาญชีหลายคน การใด ๆ ที่ผู้ชำระบาญชีกระทำย่อมไม่เปนอันสมบูรณ์ นอกจากผู้ชำระบาญชีทั้งหลายจะได้ทำร่วมกัน เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่ฤๅศาลจะได้กำหนดอำนาจไว้เปนอย่างอื่นในเวลาตั้งผู้ชำระบาญชี

• Unless otherwise fixed by the general meeting or by the Court at the time of the appointment of the liquidators, no act of the liquidators is valid unless done by them jointly.
