มาตรา 1291
- ถ้าสมาคมลงมติโดยฝ่าฝืนต่อข้อบังคับของสมาคมเองก็ดี ฤๅฝ่าฝืนต่อกฎหมายก็ดี เมื่อสมาชิกคนหนึ่งคนใด ฤๅพนักงานอัยการร้องขอ ท่านให้ศาลเพิกถอนมตินั้นเสีย แต่การที่สมาชิกจะร้องขอต่อศาลเช่นนี้ ต้องร้องอย่าให้เนิ่นช้าเกินกว่าหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันที่ได้ลงมตินั้น

- If a resolution has been passed contrary to the regulation of an association or contrary to law, the Court shall cancel such resolution on the application of any member or of the Public Prosecutor, provided that an application by a member shall not be made later than one month from the date of the resolution.
