มาตรา 1295
- เมื่อได้ชำระบัญชีแล้ว ถ้ามีสินทรัพย์เหลืออยู่เท่าใด จะแบ่งให้แก่สมาชิกของสมาคมนั้นไม่ได้ สินทรัพย์ทั้งนั้นจะต้องโอนไปให้แก่บุคคลนิติสมมดอื่น ตามที่ได้ระบุไว้ในข้อบังคับของสมาคม ฤๅถ้าไม่ได้ระบุไว้ ก็ตามแต่สมาคมจะตกลงในที่ประชุมใหญ่

- After liquidation, the remaining assets, if any, cannot be distributed among the members of the association. They shall be transferred to such other juristic person as may have been designated by the regulations or by the association in general meeting.
