มาตรา 92
- มูลนิธินั้นย่อมสิ้นสุดลงด้วยเหตุประการหนึ่งประการใด ดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) เลิกตามบทบัญญัติที่กล่าวไว้ในตราสารตั้งมูลนิธินั้น
- (๒) เมื่อวัตถุที่ประสงค์แห่งมูลนิธินั้นสำเร็จบริบูรณ์แล้ว หรือกลายเป็นการพ้นวิสัย
- (๓) เมื่อมูลนิธินั้นล้มละลาย
- (๔) เมื่อมีคำสั่งของศาลตามข้อความในมาตราต่อไปนี้

- A foundation comes to an end:
- (1) In accordance with the provisions of the instrument creating the foundation, or
- (2) Upon its objects being fulfilled or becoming impossible, or
- (3) Upon the foundation becoming bankrupt, or
- (4) By an order of the Court as provided in the following section.
