มาตรา 105

• ทรัพย์แบ่งไม่ได้ คือทรัพย์อันจะแยกออกจากกันไม่ได้ นอกจากเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะแห่งทรัพย์กับทั้งทรัพย์ซึ่งตามกฎหมายท่านถือว่าแบ่งไม่ได้
