มาตรา 109
- ทรัพย์ซึ่งติดกับที่ดินหรือติดกับโรงเรือนเพียงชั่วคราว ย่อมไม่กลายเป็นส่วนควบกับ วิธีอย่างเดียวกันนี้ย่อมใช้บังคับแก่โรงเรือนหรือการปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่น อันผู้มีสิทธิในที่ดินของผู้อื่นใช้สิทธินั้นปลูกทำลงไว้ในที่ดินนั้น

- Things temporarily fixed to land or to a building do not become component parts. The same rule applies to a building or other structure which in the exercise of a right over another person's land has been fixed to the land by the person who has such right.

The disposition of a right to build in special parts of a building is barred.
