มาตรา 140
- ถ้าคู่กรณีอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งแห่งโมฆียะกรรมนั้น เป็นบุคคลที่มีตัวกำหนดแน่นอน การนั้นท่านว่าย่อมบอกล้าง หรือให้สัตยาบันได้ด้วยแสดงเจตนาต่อบุคคลผู้นั้น
