มาตรา 221
  • หนี้เงินอันต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยนั้น ท่านว่าจะคิดดอกเบี้ยในระหว่างที่เจ้าหนี้ผิดนัดหาได้ไม่

  • German Civil Code (1896), Sec.301;
    • Upon an interest-bearing money debt the debtor does not have to pay interest during the default of the creditor.
