มาตรา 301
  • ถ้าบุคคลหลายคนเป็นหนี้อันจะแบ่งกันชำระมิได้ ท่านว่าบุคคลเหล่านั้นต้องรับผิดเช่นอย่างลูกหนี้ร่วมกัน
