มาตรา 346
- สิทธิเรียกร้องรายใด ตามกฎหมาย ศาลจะสั่งยึดมิได้ สิทธิเรียกร้องรายนั้นหาอาจจะเอาไปหักกลบลบหนี้ได้ไม่
