มาตรา 111

มูลนิธิต้องมีข้อบังคับ และต้องมีคณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิประกอบด้วยบุคคลอย่างน้อยสามคน เป็นผู้ดำเนินกิจการของมูลนิธิตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิ
