มาตรา 459
- ถ้าสัญญาซื้อขายมีเงื่อนไข หรือเงื่อนเวลาบังคับไว้ ท่านว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินยังไม่โอนไปจนกว่าการจะได้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข หรือถึงกำหนดเงื่อนเวลานั้น

- If a contract of sale is subject to a condition or to a time clause, the ownership of the property is not transferred until the condition is fulfilled, or the time has arrived.

- An agreement to sell becomes a sale when the time elapses or the conditions are fulfilled subject to which the property in the goods is to be transferred.
