มาตรา 65
  • ถ้าผู้ไม่อยู่นั้นได้แต่งตั้งตัวแทนมอบอำนาจจัดทรัพย์สินทั่วไปแล้ว ศาลจะอนุญาตคำร้องขอซึ่งกล่าวมาในมาตราก่อนได้ต่อเมื่อมาพิจารณาเห็นปรากฏว่าการที่ตัวแทนจัดทรัพย์สินนั้นเกลือกจะเสียหายแก่ผู้ไม่อยู่
