    • (๑) ชื่อของมูลนิธิ
    • (๒) วัตถุที่ประสงค์ของมูลนิธิ
    • (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานของมูลนิธิ แม้จะพึงมี
    • (๔) ข้อบังคับสำหรับจัดการมูลนิธิ
    • (๕) การแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการทั้งหลายของมูลนิธิ
