  • ความยินยอมของคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งนั้น ถ้าได้ไปเพราะอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งฤๅบุคคลอื่นข่มขู่ไซร้ ท่านว่าความยินยอมนั้นบกพร่อง
