มาตรา 142
  • คู่สัญญาผู้ให้ความยินยอมอันพิรุธเพราะความสำคัญผิดก็ดี กลฉ้อฉลก็ดี การข่มขู่ก็ดี อาจจะร้องให้ศาลเพิกถอนสัญญาเสียได้ภายในปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันอันตนได้รู้ความสำคัญผิด ฤๅกลฉ้อฉล ฤๅแต่วันซึ่งการข่มขู่นั้นสุดสิ้นลง
