มาตรา 437
  • หนี้ของผู้ตายเป็นฝ่ายจะได้ก็ดี ฝ่ายจะเสียก็ดี หากอายุความจะขาดลงภายในเวลาต่ำกว่าปีหนึ่ง นับแต่วันตายไซร้ ท่านให้ขยายอายุความนั้นออกไปเป็นปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันตาย
