มาตรา 698
  • อันผู้ค้ำประกันย่อมหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิดในขณะเมื่อหนี้ของลูกหนี้ระงับสิ้นไป ไม่ว่าเพราะเหตุใด ๆ

  • The surety is discharged as soon as the obligation of the debtor is extinguished by any cause whatsoever.
