มาตรา 735
- เมื่อผู้รับจำนองคนใดจำนงจะบังคับจำนองเอาแก่ผู้รับโอนทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนอง ท่านว่าต้องมีจดหมายบอกกล่าวความจำนงนั้นแก่ผู้รับโอนล่วงน่าเดือนหนึ่งก่อน แล้วจึ่งจะเรียกบังคับจำนองได้

- The mortgagee who intends to enforce the mortgage against the transferee of a mortgaged property must notify the stansferee in writing of his intention one month before claiming enforcement of the mortgage.
